This presents a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team who work together to provide individualised patient centred care for patients from all over the world. All from a small idyllic island in the Caribbean Sea!
You will be one of two physicians based in Barbados. And part of the extended teams who work in our sister clinics in Cayman and Trinidad.

Barbados Fertility Centre is a JCI accredited centre and has been providing care since 2002. Over 90% of our patients travel to us for treatment. We pride ourselves on our excellent success rates and embrace new advances in ART.
The responsibilities include all aspects of direct patient care from initial consultations, diagnostic work up, treatment planning and procedures such as egg retrieval, embryo transfer, hysteroscopy and other supportive gynaealogical procedures. While care is provided as a team, you will have individual patients that you provide with continued care, while equally always knowing you are supported by our entire medical team.

The ideal candidate needs to be enthusiastic and have excellent communication skills in English. As many consultations are over the telephone. The successful candidate must importantly share the clinics ethos of doing the very best for every patient.
Beyond the standard physician role the post opens opportunities to work with our dynamic marketing team and play a greater role in growth and directional development of the Centre.

| Experience Required: | Must have been working in the reproductive medical field for more than 5 years and fully competent without direct supervision. |
