This 4 hour seminar looks at surrogacy. This course covers:
- Understanding the nature of surrogacy
- Best practice against legislation
- Understanding legislation relating to surrogacy and adoption
- Advise patients on legal parenthood
- Provide counselling on the physical and psychological effect of surrogacy and the risk involved
- Awareness of referral for independent counselling
- Providing relevant information to patients on surrogacy
After watching the seminar, attendees are asked to complete an evaluation in order to receive their certificate of attendance worth 4 CPD points.
This course is ideal for newly qualified nurses or experienced nurses who are new to fertility. This course is also useful for experienced nurses to highlight gaps in knowledge or for nurses who wish to progress to management or advanced practitioner level.
