This 1 hour seminar explores the sensitive nature of miscarriage and ectopic pregnancy. This course covers:
- Supporting patients through the scan
- Viability of the pregnancy
- Seeking a second opinion
- Arranging a rescan
- Referal to an early pregnancy unit
- Ectopic pregnancy
- Non tubal ectopic pregnancy.
After watching the seminar, attendees are asked to complete an evaluation in order to receive their certificate of attendance worth 1 CPD point.
This course is ideal for newly qualified nurses or experienced nurses who are new to fertility. This course is also useful for experienced nurses to highlight gaps in knowledge or for nurses who wish to progress to management or advanced practitioner level.
