Anna Hosford RN, Clinic Director, Barbados Fertility Centre
Anna completed her nurse training in Dublin before moving to San Francisco, USA where she worked with Dr. Christo Zouves and Dr. Geoffrey Sher in Pacific Fertility Center (PFC). Anna spent many years managing the daily clinical operations at PFC and specialised in coordinating overseas couples for IVF cycles. For the last 20 years, Anna has been Clinic Director at the JCI accredited Barbados Fertility Centre. In this role, Anna leads a team of fertility nurses across clinics in Barbados, Trinidad and Cayman. In this opening one hour seminar, Anna will outline the career path for fertility nurses, exploring all aspects of the role.
This course is ideal for newly qualified nurses or experienced nurses who are new to fertility. This course is also useful for experienced nurses to highlight gaps in knowledge or for nurses who wish to progress to management or advanced practitioner level.
After watching the seminar, attendees are asked to complete an evaluation on the learning objectives in this module. On completion attendees will then receive their certificate of attendance worth 1 CPD point. All attendees will have access to the module for unlimited viewing for 12 months.
