We are delighted to welcome Lucy to present on all the laboratory requirements for embryo transfer.

This 5 hour seminar explores Embryo transfer. This course takes an in depth look at:

  • Preparing clinical area
  • Providing emotional support to both partners during the procedure
  • Understanding the process of embryo transfer
  • Understanding embryonic development
  • Awareness of luteal phase progesterone
  • Endometrial development for implantation
  • Pelvic anatomy
  • Transabdominal ultrasound

  • Potential and actual complications
  • Research into best practice for ET
  • Training needs for junior members of team.

After watching the seminar, attendees are asked to complete an evaluation in order to receive their certificate of attendance worth 5 CPD points.

This course is ideal for newly qualified nurses or experienced nurses who are new to fertility. This course is also useful for experienced nurses to highlight gaps in knowledge or for nurses who wish to progress to management or advanced practitioner level.
