Barbados Fertility Centre is a JCI accredited centre of excellence for IVF, operating a busy, patient-focused clinic completing approximately 55–60 fresh and frozen cycles each month. They are now looking for an accomplished Senior Embryologist with extensive IVF laboratory experience to join their scientific team.
The successful candidate must have:
* Full embryo biopsy competency and be able to perform embryo biopsies independently
* Micromanipulation & Biopsy – Independently perform trophectoderm/embryo biopsies for PGT procedures with precision and high accuracy
* Full Laboratory Operations – Perform ICSI, egg collection, sperm processing, embryo grading, culture, vitrification, thawing and embryo transfers
* Quality Assurance & Compliance – Ensure strict laboratory QC/QA standards, environmental monitoring, calibration, and meticulous documentation
* Clinical Integration – Collaborate closely with clinical and medical teams to optimise patient outcomes across 55–60 monthly cycles.
If you think that you have the expertise and extensive IVF lab experience at senior-level background in clinical embryology. Then we really want to talk to you. You must be able to work independently to execute
complex embryological procedures without supervision. You also need to be an adaptable, detail-oriented, hands-on practitioner who excels in a close-knit, team focussed laboratory setting.

Schedule & Contract Structure
* Contract Duration: Full-time position, normally offered on a minimum three-year contract.
* Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
* Cycle Variations: Occasional weekend duty or on-call work required depending on treatment cycle timing.
